Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns*
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or special order items
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
